Michaela has more than five year experience working in Czech mainstream daily newspapers – Lidove noviny, Hospodarske noviny, Mlada Fronta DNES and Bohemia dailies – and in several web media outlets specializing in housing, real estate, taxes and macroeconomic topics. Michaela has a degree in economy politics and economic journalism at University of Economics, Prague. In her PR career Michaela specializes in media training and consultation services relating to real estate, tax and corporate economy

She studied at the Czech University of Agriculture in Prague. Her field of study is business and administration. During her studies she gained experience in various international companies, for example Omega Optix and Continental. She focused on human resources management and administrative business to which she also directs her attention in NEED4CONNEXIONS Company. Her main orientation is, primarily, on media research, database modernisation and market research.

In PR Pavlina Procházková´s range of clients come not only from cosmetics, healthy lifestyle and organic spheres, from sports and tourist industries, but also from educational and gastronomy fields. She can draw on her several years of previous experience in production agencies. For clients she provides  complete production activities - press trips, press conferences, training, employee parties, as well as teambuilding, sporting and social events. In that way an ideal event marketing and public relations connection is established. 
She majored in Marketing Communications Study at Tomas Bata University in Zlín.

Tomas gained his first experience in news media during his Junior college studies at gymnasium in Teplice and gradually worked his way into the national editorial office of iDNES.cz, Mladá Fronta DNES and Lidové noviny. Tomas had published in several prestigious magazines on regular basis since then and started improving his skills at copywriting, especially for SME - small and medium enterprises. He graduated in Spanish and History at the Technical University in Liberec and his scientific thesis was focused on the work of the Spanish novelist Javier Marías. Tomas' main focus in Public Relation is in the preparation and distribution of press releases, media lobbying and counseling.
